You may tell us not to share application information, consumer report information and information from outside sources among the Riverside family of companies by following the opt-out directions.
NONAFFILIATED PARTIES TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION Nonaffiliated parties are those companies not controlled by Riverside. We may disclose personal information about you to companies that work with us in order to provide marketing support and other services such as check printing and payment processing companies. We may disclose personal information about you as permitted by law, such as disclosures necessary to process and service your account, to protect against fraud, in connection with subpoena and legal process, and to protect the security and confidentiality of our records. We will not share your account numbers or access codes with outside companies for marketing purposes. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS If you terminate your relationship with Riverside National Bank or its affiliates, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as may be permitted or required by law. OPT-OUT DISCLOSURE You may limit the Riverside companies, such as the bank and securities affiliates, from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that they receive from other Riverside companies. This information includes your income, your account history, and your credit score. If you prefer that we not disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures. That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). JOINT ACCOUNTS A single opt-out notice received from any joint account owner will be considered as a request from all of the account owners to opt-out. How to Limit Marketing from Others The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/. You can register your home or mobile phone for free. Your registration will not expire. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. If you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please let us know immediately. We are committed to resolving any inaccuracies as quickly as possible. If you believe we have reported inaccurate information about your account to any credit reporting agency, please let us know in writing. Be sure to include your complete name, current address, Social Security Number, telephone number, account number, type of account, specific item of dispute and the reason you believe the information is wrong.
